Section 45:1-51 - Rules, regulations

Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of sections 24 through 30 of P.L. 2007, c. 244(C.45:1-44 through C.45:1-50).
