Section 43:3B-4.5 - Payment of benefits by Retirement System

Notwithstanding the provisions of the "Pension Adjustment Act," P.L. 1958, c.143 (C.43:3B-1 et seq.), pension adjustment benefits provided under that act for members and beneficiaries of the State Police Retirement System shall be paid by the retirement system.
