Section 42:2A-26 - Votinga. Subject to section 26 of P.L. 1983, c. 489 (C. 42:2A-27) the partnership agreement may grant to all or a specified group of the limited partners the right to vote, on a per capita or other basis, upon such matters as set forth in the partnership agreement.b.
