Section 40A:14-146.22 - Wearing of nameplate, metallic shield; exception

Each housing authority police officer, when on duty, except when employed as a detective, shall wear in plain view a name plate and a metallic shield or device, in a style prescribed by the municipality, with the words: "(Name of municipality) Housing Authority Police."
