Section 40:66A-7.2 - Certified copy of bond resolution proceedings; filing

Every such "incinerator or environmental services authority" shall file a certified copy of every bond resolution as finally passed with the Director of the Division of Local Government Services in the Department of Community Affairs and in addition shall file a certified copy of all bond proceedings with the said director.
