Section 40:43-66.45 - Membership of joint municipal consolidation study commission

The membership of a joint municipal consolidation study commission formed pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 1977, c.435 (C.40:43-66.35 et seq.) shall consist of five members from each participating municipality.
