The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles shall, by January 31st of each year, provide to the Department of Education a list of all drivers' schools licensed by the director pursuant to section 2 of P.L. 1951, c.216 (C.39:12-2) and the department shall disseminate the list to all school districts in the State.
