Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control may promulgate regulations necessary to effectuate the provisions of P.L. 2018, c. 101 (C.33:1-12.52 et seq.) and P.L.2024, c.31 (C.33:1-12.52 et al.).
