Section 30:9A-27 - Compilation of data, annual reporta. The division shall compile data about reported attempted and completed suicides by youths in the State, without identifying any individuals involved.b. The Commissioner of Human Services shall issue a report annually to the council, the Governor and the Legislature containing a summary of the data compiled by the division that includes aggregate demographic information about youths who attempt or complete suicide. The report shall include any recommendations for legislation or regulatory changes that would aid in the collection of more accurate data or the provision of more effective suicide prevention and intervention.c. The commissioner shall provide specific findings about youth suicides and attempts to the council, as soon as possible, to assist the council in fulfilling its responsibility under this act to make recommendations about youth suicide prevention and intervention.Added by L. 2003, c. 214, s. 6, eff. 1/9/2004.
