Section 30:9-23.23 - Transfer exempt, certain

The transfer of a hospital to an authority pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 2006, c. 46(C.30:9-23.15 et al.) shall be exempt from the provisions of section 2 of P.L. 2000, c. 143(C.26:2H-7.11).
