Section 30:5B-25.8 - Payment

The Commissioner of Human Services shall pay the cost of the criminal history record background checks conducted pursuant to P.L. 2017, c. 89(C.30:5B-25.5 et al.) on behalf of the prospective or current family day care providers, as applicable.
