Section 30:5B-25.4 - Rules, regulationsIn accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Department of Children and Families shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of sections 1 through 4 of P.L. 1993, c.350 (C.30:5B-25.1 through C.30:5B-25.4) including, but not limited to:
a. Implementation of an appeals process to be used in the case of the denial of an application for a certificate or for renewal of registration based upon information obtained during a child abuse registry search; andb. Establishment of time limits for conducting a child abuse registry search and providing a family day care sponsoring organization with the results of the search.Amended by L. 2006, c. 47, s. 170, eff. 7/1/2006.Amended by L. 2004, c. 130, s. 109, eff. 8/27/2004.
