Section 30:4C-92 - Rules, regulations

The Commissioner of Children and Families shall adopt rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of P.L. 2005, c. 95(C.30:4C-89 et seq.).
