Section 30:4C-44 - Rules, regulations, and procedures

The Division of Child Protection and Permanency is hereby authorized and empowered to establish rules, regulations, and procedures necessary to accomplish the purposes of P.L. 1962, c.206 (C.30:4C-41 et seq.).
