A person is guilty of a crime of the third degree if he is required to be licensed to practice psychology pursuant to the "Practicing Psychology Licensing Act," P.L. 1966, c.282 (C.45:14B-1 et seq.), and he knowingly does not possess a license to practice psychology, or knowingly has had such license suspended, revoked or otherwise limited by an order entered by the State Board of Psychological Examiners, and he:
This section shall not apply to any person who is authorized to practice psychology without a license pursuant to the "Practicing Psychology Licensing Act," P.L. 1966, c.282 (C.45:14B-1 et seq.) or any other applicable law.
