Section 2A:65B-2 - Yo-Yo Waterballs prohibiteda. A person shall not sell or offer for sale a Yo-Yo Waterball.b. For the purposes of this act, "Yo-Yo Waterball" means a toy marketed and sold under the name of "Yo-Yo Waterball" and any similar fluid yo-yo toy that contains a rubber ball filled with liquid attached to a rubber cord.c. A law enforcement officer may confiscate a Yo-Yo Waterball that is sold or offered for sale in violation of this section.Added by L. 2007, c. 224,s. 2, eff. 4/1/2008.
