Section 2A:62A-14 - Amendment of bylawsa. No bylaws shall be amended in accordance with section 2 of this act unless the amendment is approved by the owners of at least two-thirds of the units held by unit owners other than the developer in the qualified common interest community.b. Bylaws adopted in accordance with section 2 of this act shall apply to actions for injuries sustained on or after the operative date of the bylaws.
