Section 27:7-44.20 - Rules or regulations

The department shall adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules or regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of sections 1 and 2 of P.L. 2013, c. 130(C.27:7-44.18 and C.27:7-44.19).
