Section 26:2S-10.3 - Regulations by department

The Department of Banking and Insurance, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of sections 1 and 2 of this act.
