Section 18A:36B-19 - Current choice districts unaffected

Any choice district established by the commissioner prior to the effective date of P.L. 2010, c. 65(C.18A:36B-14 et seq.) is authorized to continue operation as if the choice district had been approved pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 2010, c. 65(C.18A:36B-14 et seq.).
