Section 17:48H-34 - Provision of data, reportsa. A carrier that contracts with a licensed organized delivery system shall provide that system with any data or reports required by their contractual arrangement on a timely basis, in accordance with the terms of the contract.b. If a carrier fails to provide a report required pursuant to subsection a. of this section, the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance may, upon notice and hearing, assess a civil administrative penalty in an amount not less than $250 nor more than $1,000 for each day the carrier is in violation of this section. The penalty may be recovered in a summary proceeding pursuant to "The Penalty Enforcement Law of 1999," P.L. 1999, c. 274(C.2A:58-10 et seq.).
