The commissioner may require, in connection with the plan for insolvency required pursuant to subsection p. of section 3 of this act, that a prepaid prescription service organization maintain insurance to cover the expenses to be paid for continued benefits following a determination of insolvency, or make other arrangements to ensure that benefits are continued for the period determined in the insolvency plan.
