Section 17:35C-9 - Application to hospital service corporations

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 17 of P.L. 1938, c. 366 (C. 17:48-17), the provisions of this act shall apply to hospital service corporations established pursuant to P.L. 1938, c. 366 (C. 17:48-1 et seq.).
