Section 17:11C-87 - Applicability to mortgage loansThe provisions of this act shall apply to any mortgage loan:
a. Advertised, caused to be advertised, solicited, negotiated, offered, or otherwise transacted within this State, in whole or in part, whether by the ultimate residential mortgage lender or any other person;b. Made or executed within this State; orc. Which is secured by residential real estate located in this State, notwithstanding the place of execution.Added by L. 2009, c. 53,s. 37, eff. 5/4/2009.
