Section 13:8-44.1 - "Chingwe Brook" in Wildcat Rock Shelter designated

The Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection shall officially name the brook which is part of the Wildcat Rock Shelter, located on a parcel along the Wallkill Valley Mineral Heritage Trail in Franklin Borough, Sussex County, the "Chingwe Brook."
