Section 13:1C-2 - Board of Recreation Examiners abolished, powers, duties; transferreda. There is hereby established in the Department of Community Affairs the Board of Recreation Examiners of the State of New Jersey, which shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate.b.
