Section 13:15A-15 - Funds transferred to Home Port Alliance and Foundation

All funds of the U.S.S. New Jersey Battleship Commission, established pursuant to P.L. 1979, c. 440 (C.13:15A-1 et seq.) are transferred to the Home Port Alliance. All funds of the Foundation for the U.S.S. New Jersey Battleship established pursuant to P.L. 1997, c. 45(C.13:15A-10 et al.) are transferred to the Foundation for the Battleship New Jersey.
