N.H. Rev. Stat. § 670:10
Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
If the 2 candidates having the highest number of votes for a village district office shall have an equal number, the successful candidate shall be chosen in the same manner as is provided for resolving tie votes under RSA669:36 or 60.
