N.H. Rev. Stat. § 669:69
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Vacancies in the office of town treasurer shall be filled by appointment made by the selectmen except in towns in which, pursuant to RSA41:29-a, the treasurer has appointed a deputy treasurer, in which case the deputy shall serve as town treasurer until the next annual town election.
