Section 564-F:3-306 - Restated Certificate of Formation(a) Unless the governing documents provide otherwise, the founder or the directors may restate the foundation's certificate of formation by filing with the secretary of state a restated certificate of formation.(b) The restated certificate of formation shall set forth:(1) The foundation's name; and(2) The restatement of the certificate of formation.(c) The restated certificate of formation may contain one or more amendments to the certificate of formation as permitted in a certificate of amendment under RSA 564-F:3-305.Added by 2017 , 257: 47, eff. 10/1/2017. 2017, 257 : 47 , eff.
