Section 564-F:22-2203 - Penalty for Filing False Document(a) A person commits an offense by: (1) Filing with the secretary of state a document that the person knows is false in any material respect; or (2) Signing a document that the person knows is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the secretary of state for filing.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor.Added by 2017, 257:47, eff. 10/1/2017. 2017, 257:47, eff.
