Section 564-F:12-1201 - Protectors(a) A foundation may have one or more protectors.(b) A protector shall have any duties and powers set forth in the governing documents.(c) Unless the governing documents provide otherwise, a protector shall have the power to commence a judicial proceeding for the purposes of: (1) Protecting the foundation's purposes; or(2) Enforcing the provisions of the governing documents.Added by 2017, 257:47, eff. 10/1/2017. 2017, 257:47, eff.
