N.H. Rev. Stat. § 482:10
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The department may designate some competent inspector to inspect the construction or reconstruction of any dam for which approved plans and specifications and a permit for construction have been required under RSA 482:9 and such inspector shall report to the department any failure to comply with said plans and specifications.
