N.H. Rev. Stat. § 422:30
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The court imposing any penalty authorized by this chapter, within 7 days of the receipt of such fine, shall forward the same to the department with an abstract of the record of any conviction of a violation of any provision of this chapter.
