N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402:49
Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
The commissioner may, after notice and hearing, revoke or suspend a license theretofore issued to any company, association or society, agent or broker for a period not exceeding 3 years, for any such knowing or wilful violation.
