N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-C:56
Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
The commissioner in his sole discretion may institute proceedings under RSA 402-C:11-13 at the request of the commissioner or other appropriate official of the domiciliary state of any foreign or alien insurer having property located in this state.
