N.H. Rev. Stat. § 374:46
Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
If, in the opinion of the commission, there shall at any time be occasion therefor, the commission may request the attorney general, or may employ other counsel, to represent the state in cases arising under RSA 374:41 or wherein any act or order of the commission is involved.
