Section 359-U:13 - Vehicle Safety

Prior to permitting a TNC driver to accept trip requests through the TNC's digital platform, the TNC shall ensure that the TNC driver's personal vehicle meets New Hampshire's vehicle safety requirements for private motor vehicles.
