N.H. Rev. Stat. § 349:3
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Until a certificate as specified in RSA 349:2 is filed, such failure to file shall be prima facie evidence that withdrawal or addition of a partner or discontinuance of partnership has not occurred.
