N.H. Rev. Stat. § 339-F:10
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
To enforce the provisions of this chapter, the department of justice may bring an action on behalf of the people of this state to enjoin acts in violation of this chapter and to recover civil penalties authorized under RSA 339-F:9.
