N.H. Rev. Stat. § 326-E:9
Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
The assembly, delivery, maintenance, repair, and testing of respiratory care equipment and supplies shall be performed by respiratory care practitioners and other personnel in conformity with rules adopted by the board under RSA 541-A.
