Section 326-B:30 - Obligations of LicenseesI. In response to board inquiries relevant to a licensee's status or practice of nursing or nursing-related activities, each licensee shall provide complete and truthful information.II. Each licensee shall notify the board if a license is lost or stolen.III. Each licensee shall notify the board of a change of name or address.IV.
