N.H. Rev. Stat. § 319-C:13
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The board shall keep a record of the name and residence of all persons licensed under this chapter in accordance with the retention policy established by the office of professional licensure and certification, and said record or duplicate thereof shall be open for inspection during office hours.
