Section 301-B:28 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Application Of General Business Organization Law

The New Hampshire DAO shall be governed by:

I. The bylaws;

II. The provisions of this chapter; and

III. The provisions of RSA 304-C shall apply to New Hampshire DAOs except to the extent that any such provision is inconsistent with any provision of this chapter.
