Section 248:1 - Joint Service by RailroadsI. The commissioner of transportation, after a hearing upon complaint or on his own initiative, may establish joint services for 2 or more railroads when the lines could form a continuous line by: (a) Construction and maintenance of suitable connections;(b) Joint use of equipment.II.
