N.H. Rev. Stat. § 246:7
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
In the event that a new railroad or highway is located or laid across an existing railroad or highway, the cost of construction and maintenance shall be apportioned between the parties in interest in accordance with the principles set forth in RSA 373:3.
