Section 228:100 - Governor's Advisory Commission on Intermodal Transportation (GACIT) Established

There is established a governor's advisory commission on intermodal transportation. The members of the commission shall include the members of the executive council. The commissioner of the department of transportation shall serve as a nonvoting member of the commission.
