Section 211:49-d - Landing License; Lobster and CrabsI. Any person who is not licensed under RSA 211:18, RSA 211:49-a, or RSA 211:49-b and wishes to transport in state waters lobsters and crabs taken outside the jurisdiction of the state via ship, vessel, or similar craft in state waters for the purposes of landing the lobsters and crabs in the state must first procure a landing license. This shall allow the licensee to sell lobster and crab landed under such person's license. The fee for annual licenses for residents and nonresidents shall be set by the executive director pursuant to RSA 206:10, I.II. Any non-resident who transports in state waters lobsters and crabs taken outside the jurisdiction of the state via ship, vessel, or similar craft for the landing of the lobsters and crabs in the state, for personal use shall procure a non-commercial landing license at a rate set by the executive director pursuant to RSA 206:10, I. Any person holding a commercial license in another jurisdiction or federal permit for the taking of lobster or crabs shall not be eligible for this license. A person convicted of violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person and a misdemeanor if any other person.
