Section 211:16-b - Fishing TournamentsI. No person shall promote or operate any fishing tournament in the waters under the jurisdiction of this state without first procuring a special permit from the executive director to do so.II. The executive director shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to definitions, fees, conditions, requirements for waivers, including waivers of the fee, qualifications, and all other criteria relating to the operation of a fishing tournament on any waters of the state.Amended by 2015 , 186: 10, eff. 7/1/2015.1977, 27:1. 1996, 73:1, eff.
