Section 205-D:13 - Disciplinary ActionI. [Repealed by 2023 amendment.] II. Conduct sufficient to support disciplinary proceedings under this section shall include, but is not limited to, any of the following: (a) The practice of fraud or deceit in procuring or attempting to procure a license to practice under this chapter.(b) Willful or repeated violation of the provisions of this chapter.(c) Suspension or revocation of a license, similar to one issued under this chapter, in another jurisdiction and which has not been reinstated.III.
